Can you describe your company in about 20 words?
Progress Profiles, Italian leader maker of technical and decorative finishing profiles, produces more than 12.500 different items, in stainless steel, aluminum, brass, PVC and real wood and it can offer excellent solutions to satisfy the most exigent clients.

What’s your ‘core business’?
Progress Profiles offers to the world markets many innovative products: profiles, of course, products for modern architecture, joints and accessories for laying floors and wall tiles, membranes for terraces and balconies and skirting boards. But especially Progress Profiles offers innovative and articulated systems for the laying of any kind of pavement from the installation to the finish; moreover Progress Profiles has patented many advanced systems from the led lighting to the protection of balconies and terraces, from the insulation to the underfloor heating.

What’s your strong point?
Despite the current economy lag, Progress Profiles is looking forward to 2015 with dedication, investing in advanced technologies, training and design. It is resolute to represent the excellence of Italian manufacturing, the creativity, innovation and style, with a special attention to innovative details.nd

What’s your most important product?
Proleveling, Proled Systems, Prodeso, Proshower, Proterrace and our new Prodeso Heat is a new underfloor heating system, which efficiently heats rooms and significantly reduces installation costs and energy wastage through heat dispersal. The Prodeso Heat system, patented by Progress Profiles, ensures real well-being in the house, because there are no bulky radiators sending dust into the air, there is less humidity and there is a better sound insulation between floors.

What’s your export percentage? Which countries do you mainly export to?
35% of the turnover comes from exports. Progress Profiles exports its products to more than 50 countries worldwide and it has two other branches in the world Dubai, and Randolph (New Jersey) where it is promoting the high quality of the Made in Italy with a bold policy of internationalisation.
