It was 1983 when an ingenious intuition on behalf of Dr. Guglielmo Giordano gave rise to a hardwood flooring of groundbreaking characteristics. It was a giant step ahead in technology which immediately improved the limits of traditional hardwood flooring and inaugurated a new era.
What’s your ‘core business’?
The core business is engineered hardwood floor for indoor application. Stability, precision, reliability, beauty, long-life and respect for the environment are still the keywords to this huge success. It’s the story of a product, an expression of Italian ingenuity and style that conquered the world. An incomparable product, made for whoever loves quality living and wants to find such excellence in their own home.
What’s your strong point?
The technological heart of Listone Giordano lies in the special multi-layer birch support which, together with the transversal incisions and micrometric joints, renders the hardwood floor stable over time and non-deformable for life. These original elements are complemented by many others, which influence not only performance, but also the respect for safety, the environment and, goes without saying, the distinctive aesthetics of the product.
What’s your most important product?
The Atelier is the top ranking collection. The traditional craft skills are put to use to manufacture state-of-the-art products, resulting in a totally new way of interpreting hardwood flooring.

The use of natural products and treatments makes this hardwood floor safe for the health and environmentally friendly.

50% export. Main areas outside Europe are Middle East (the Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Israel) Asia (China, Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia) Usa, Turkey and Russia.
