What’s your strong point?
The prefinished solid wood ALI Parquets has many different features which make it better than other products, such as its easy interlocking system, the extreme rapidity in laying down also with the special adhesive mat Pratiko, the lower thermal resistance in case of radiant heating, the outstanding durability in comparison with a prefinished multi-layer of same dimensions and no risk of separation between hardwood top-layer and softwood thanks to the presence of a single piece of wood. Each single strip is checked as follows: with “Geiger” relieve control in order to check radioactivity for incoming merchandise, with computerized control of the geometrical characteristics and shades of all wooden elements for a perfect reproduction of the characteristics of each single lot of products, and also with special control of residual moisture and density of each strip during the production process.

European Oak is surely the most appreciated kind of wood but, thanks to a product range with 16 differents kinds of wood, also several exotic woods reach great sales volume.
What’s your export percentage? Which countries do you mainly export to?
At the moment foreign markets are only 10% of our turnover but we are working on ambitious projects which will allow a sensible growth of this business. Germany, UK, Greece, Romania, Switzerland, Hungary and Ukraine are the european markets where at the moment we are more present. We are also working out from Europe in Mexico, USA, Iran, Ethiopia, Kuwait, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
